Telephone Techniques

This is your link to anyone, and everybody.  Your voice can bring out your attitude and your whole body language could be visualized though what you say, and how you say it on the phone.

This course will teach you how to build up your confidence to “face” the outside world on the phone.  You will be aware of the pitch, and tone of voices, talk clearly and how to project a feeling warmth and interest in your voice. You will also improve your listening.
